This family of four, including two young children, extended and renovated their whole house, during which they completely reconfigured the ground floor.

We included an Island with breakfast bar to seat four for quick and convenient mealtimes in this design. However, they intended to use this space to eat and prep only and wanted the cooking and washing area to be kept against the back wall.
This family were a keen recycler, and so they required multiple large recycling bins. We placed one double set next to the sink and another on the island.
They loved to cook and entertain, which meant they required many appliances that we accommodated by creating a ‘freestanding cupboard’ to house the larder fridge and larder freezer at one end of the island between them the doorways in the midnight blue to match the island.
This kitchen is the beautiful Y-line MK in Light grey teamed with Y-line MP Midnight blue on the island and fridge freezer housing cupboards.
